The $30 amenity fee was ridiculous, especially since the pool was barely open, considering it resembled a freezing lake. I expected a cute treat or a room upgrade for my trouble but apparently, they don't cater to special guests. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't get over these major letdowns!

Really really nice experience, ideal base for strolling. Delicious breakfast, fairly clean hotel, absolutely perfect location by the beautiful gardens. Location just off the spacious family/public areas, and Westerly, RI. 15 minutes walk to Winnapaug Country Club. Well-appointed and lovely romantic room, exceptionally comfortable bed, free parking. My stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel was just the relaxing getaway I needed. The location here in the Westerly area is perfect for beach walks at Misquamicut and for strolling and dining in Mystic. The service and staff were exceptional, beyond understanding. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile and given a thorough explanation of the amenities. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast, made with love and delivered right to my room, was absolutely delicious and unlike any hotel food I've had before.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality stay.
